I have been married for the past three years, but a total of six years with my husband. During the years I have been married I have learned quite a lot about what a marriage is about and how to maintain my friendship with my husband even when I am angry with him.

I am a mother of two girls -- which I love and like very much. My girls are my sunshine and my star light and moonlight. Although there have been times I asked myself, "why?" I can not imagine my life without them. 

I am community oriented wiith plenty of experience in public health issues, family dynamics, and the skill that everyone should attain: problem solving at the drop of a hat..

My employment expertise consists of working in the community. Preventing the spread of   HIV/AIDS, STD's/STI's, Recovering your Sexuality, Female and Male Anatomy -- all which are essential to maintaining a healthy sex life, being informed so as to help blossoming children into teen-agers and young adults.

It is my hope that the articles I write reach the hearts of readers, assist in any possible way they can.

In the end, I write these articles from my heart and from the wealth of experience I have acquired througout the years of working and being a mom.
